1. Stress
Women

when under long-term stress, depression or bad emotion
will refrain pituitary function which will cause ovary unable
to discharge estrogen and ovulation.
Therefore, menstruation will
begin to disorder.
2. Cold
When women caught cold during
menstruation,
blood vessels in pelvic will contract and it will lead to ovary dysfunction
and causing low flow of menstrual or even amenorrhea.
3. Electrical Waves
Various household
appliances and electronic equipment in use will expose electromagnetic
waves which will affect the body endocrine and reproductive function of women, causing endocrine
disorders and menstrual disorders.
4. Constipation
Constipation may lead to
menstrual disorders. When feces have filled up the rectum space, cervix will have to push forward and uterus will slide backward. If situation continues, the vein in ligament is under huge pressure
and unable to flow, causing loss of
elasticity, back pain and menstrual disorders.
5. Abuse of drugs
women who heavily taking antibiotics regularly will cause menstrual disorders, anovulation, amenorrhea. Drugs will suppress
and ruin body self immunity
